These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of this website and any pages where these Terms are posted (Website), plus any related online tools, portals, forms, messaging, scheduling, and payment features made available through the Website (Platform).
The Platform and certain administrative support functions may be provided using technology and operational support services from a third-party telehealth operations provider. If you access the Platform through a co-branded experience, embedded page, or link from another site, these Terms still apply.
By clicking “I Agree,” “Continue,” “Proceed,” “Register,” “Sign Up,” or a similar button, or by otherwise accessing or using the Website or Platform, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced in these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Platform.
Definitions
- Company, we, us, or our means Head to Toe Healthcare, PLC
- You or your means the individual accessing or using the Website or Platform
- Clinician means an independent, licensed healthcare professional and/or clinician group
- Third Parties means entities other than us, including Clinicians, pharmacies, laboratories, shipping carriers, payment processors, and technology providers
- Content means all materials available through the Website or Platform
- User Content means any content you submit through the Platform
Website content and informational use
The Website may include general information about services, telehealth concepts, wellness topics, conditions, or products. This information is provided for general informational purposes only.
We do not provide medical advice through the Website. Do not rely on Website content as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional.

What we do and what we do not do
We provide technology and administrative services that help users access telehealth-enabled care and coordinate related non-clinical functions.
We are not a medical group and do not practice medicine. We do not provide diagnoses, treatment, or prescriptions.
Clinical services, if offered through the Platform, are provided by independent Clinicians, who are solely responsible for clinical decision-making.
Platform support and support contacts
The Platform may be powered and supported in part by Healthaide LLC, including technical support, intake collection, scheduling, communications tools, and payment processing.
Head to Toe Healthcare provides general and non-clinical support such as account assistance and customer service.
Healthaide LLC provides clinical routing support only and is not the treating clinician.
For medical questions, contact your Clinician through the Platform. If you need help routing your request, contact support@healthaide.io.
Separate telehealth consent
You may be required to accept a separate telehealth consent, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Changes to the Website, Platform, and Terms
We may update the Website, Platform, or these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept those changes.
Availability, eligibility, and verification
Services may not be available in all states. We may verify your identity and eligibility and decline service if necessary.
Account registration and security
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Electronic communications and e-sign consent
You agree to receive communications electronically, including email and SMS. Message and data rates may apply.
Electronic signatures have the same legal effect as physical signatures.
Not for emergencies
The Platform is not monitored for emergencies. Call 911 if needed.
Your responsibilities and accurate information
You must provide accurate and complete information and follow Clinician instructions.
Failure to do so may result in harm or delays, and you agree not to hold us responsible for outcomes related to inaccurate information.
Telehealth limitations and clinical appropriateness
Telehealth may not be appropriate in all cases. A Clinician may require additional steps or direct you to in-person care.
We do not guarantee prescriptions, treatment, or availability of services.
Prescriptions, pharmacies, and fulfillment
Prescriptions, if issued, are handled by independent pharmacies. You may remain responsible for fees once services are rendered.
Laboratory testing and diagnostics
Labs are independent providers. Results may vary, and delays or inaccuracies can occur.
Products, shipping, and handling
Shipping times are not guaranteed. You are responsible for accurate shipping information and proper handling.
Fees, billing, and payment authorization
You agree to pay all fees associated with services. This may include clinical fees, subscriptions, product costs, and shipping.
You authorize charges to your selected payment method, including recurring billing where applicable.
Subscriptions and automatic renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past charges.
Cancellations
You may remain responsible for fees if services have already begun.
Refunds, returns, and disputes
All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
Non-refundable items generally include:
- completed clinical services
- administrative fees
- prescriptions once issued
- shipped or opened products
You must contact support with documentation for disputes. Final decisions rest with us where permitted by law.

User Content and permissions
You grant us a license to use submitted content to operate the Platform and provide services.

All Website content is owned by Head to Toe Healthcare or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute it without permission.

You waive the right to a jury trial and class action participation.

Time limit to bring claims
Claims must be brought within 1 year.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control.
Assignment
We may assign these Terms in connection with business transactions.
Severability
If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
No waiver
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it.
Survival
Key provisions survive termination.
